What does the recruitment process look like?
We're not a corporate entity that demands multiple rounds of interviews or various qualifying tests. Our aim is for the conversations to flow naturally and pleasantly. During the interview, you will meet one of the company's owners and a specialist from the department you are applying for. By sending us your CV, you know exactly where you stand, irrespective of the position you are applying for. If, upon reviewing your CV, we find that you meet our requirements, we'll give you a quick call to arrange a meeting.
Meeting
