With production facilities in Gomunice and Kamiensk, they offer a full range of products using traditional recipes and natural ingredients. With more than 40 company-owned stores in the Lodz and Silesia provinces, as well as cooperation with wholesale and retail customers and large retail chains, their products are widely available and valued for their exceptional taste and quality.
CHALLENGE
Our main goal was to create a tool that would not only enable customers to collect loyalty points and take advantage of discounts, but also enrich their shopping experience through easy access to the store's latest offers.

One of the main challenges was to ensure seamless integration with GOM Owczarek's brand loyalty system. We had to ensure that the app would be able to effectively collect points for purchases and allow them to be used for discounts. Another challenge was to design an intuitive user interface that would allow customers to easily navigate through the app and quickly find offers that interest them. We had to ensure that the menu structure was clear, that the presentation of offers was clear, and that the barcode scanning and loyalty points checking functions were easy to use.

Integration with the loyalty system has been optimized to allow seamless collection of points and use of discounts. When designing the user interface, we focused on clarity and simplicity, and automatic updating of the store's offers in the app was ensured by using modern data synchronization technologies. Thanks to our flexible approach and close cooperation with the client, we were able to effectively meet the challenges of the project, delivering an application that enhances the shopping experience of GOM Owczarek brand customers.
